Swim Winchester President Amanda Lewis and Board Member David Bentley presented an update to the Winchester Select Board and School Committee describing the progress that Swim Winchester has made toward building a community pool. The update can be viewed here. The Select Board voted unanimously in favor of us continuing our good work! The Select Board asked Swim Winchester to return with a formal update in two years and to check-in every six months in the meantime. Thank you to the many, many supporters who wrote letters, came to the meeting, and offered encouragement!
