Thanks to your enthusiasm and help over the past few years, we have a pool design, an approved location, and — with over $4M in pledges from our community for our building fund — clear support for the pool.
We have made great progress towards building an indoor aquatics facility in Winchester that will be accessible to all. We believe the next step is integrating this groundwork with the Town of Winchester. In 2025, we have had many productive conversations with our advisors and Town leaders about possible models for a Swim Winchester partnership with the Town. These will continue in 2026, and we plan to announce Swim Winchester presentations to Town boards and committees in the new year.

CONTRIBUTE TO THE BUILDING FUND
We have a location, pool designs, and excitement from our community about building a town aquatics facility. Now we need to work together to fund the building project.
Once Swim Winchester and the Town of Winchester begin the pre-construction phase of the community pool, pledge intentions will guide capital campaign pledges. Pledges will be payable in available funds or appreciated stock over a period of up to five years.
The aquatics center will be self-sustaining once complete, but we need full support from the community to build this wonderful facility. The capital campaign giving level guide is below.

- Leaders’ Circle ($1M+) – High visibility naming opportunities
- Champion ($250K-$999K) – Naming opportunities
- Gold ($100K-$249K) – Donor recognition plaque
- Silver ($50K-$99K) – Donor recognition plaque
- Bronze ($20K-$49K) – Donor recognition plaque
- Contributor ($5K-$19K) – Walkway/hallway brick
